The whole-school production of Little Women was a riotous success. Over three nights and one matineé, the cast, crew, and Drama staff worked tirelessly to showcase the incredible talent of the school.
One parent commented:
“I just wanted to write a quick email to say how BRILLIANT the play is. We brought various aunts, uncles and godparents yesterday - more coming on Saturday. It was so fantastic, you should be incredibly proud of the whole performance: the girls, lighting, stage presence, costumes, and overall team spirit. They all look like they are giving their 110% best.”
Head Nicola Dudley summed up how proud she was:
"I thoroughly enjoyed the opening night of Little Women. What incredible talent in QM girls and staff to bring such a professional performance to the QM theatre. It was a sheer joy to watch. I am very grateful to all the girls who have shown such commitment through hours of rehearsals and to the incredibly dedicated staff, in particular Mrs Griffin, Mrs Priestley and Mr Schneider who have worked tirelessly in recent months to bring this performance together."
The Director of Drama, Mrs Griffin, commented:
"We are incredibly proud of the cast and crew of Little Women. Each year, we raise the bar, and every year, the girls rise to the challenge with enthusiasm and dedication. This year was no exception—the performances were outstanding, captivating, and deeply moving. The cast’s storytelling skills amazed us, and the crew’s professionalism ensured each performance ran flawlessly.
Mrs. Priestley, Mr. Schneider, and I have been thoroughly impressed by the girls’ work ethic, creativity, and joyful spirit throughout rehearsals, and feel privileged to have been part of this wonderful journey with them."
