The Cottages

Each of our individual cottages offers between 7 and 16 beds, typically in single rooms with washbasins and mirrors. These homely spaces are ideal for adult group bookings, small conferences or individual staff accommodation as part of a larger event.

Red House

A relaxed, sociable residence with 33 beds, Red House is well-suited to younger guests, school residentials, or informal group stays. It offers shared living spaces and a welcoming, communal atmosphere.

Cloisters

With 70 beds across twin rooms, Cloisters is a bright, modern building with a shared kitchen and lounge area. Set beside landscaped gardens, it’s ideal for groups looking for contemporary accommodation with a peaceful outlook.

Winifred Holtby House

Our largest residential building, offering 64 beds across dormitories and individual study rooms. This flexible space is designed to support larger group stays, such as summer schools, educational programmes or youth residentials.

Park Gates

A self-contained cottage perfectly sized for group bookings with individual and shared bedrooms, kitchen, communal living area, bathrooms, and garden. Ideal for wedding bookings, groups, and more.
