Introducing Matt Stripe, Queen Margaret's Board of Governors

Matt started his career as an engineer in the defense industry before moving to Human Resources. He has held senior HR roles at Matra BAe Dynamics, BAE Systems and Nestlé in the UK, Switzerland and Paris. In 2018 Matt left Nestle to return to the UK and took up the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Laird PLC before moving to take up the role of CHRO for PZ Cussons PLC. Matt brings a wealth of global Human Resources best practice experience and is also the former chair of the Centre of Performance led HR at Lancaster University. Matt has one daughter at Queen Margarets and sits on the Business Committee.
