Queen Margaret's Board of Governors. (Business Committee).

John Hoddinott was educated at St Edward’s School, Oxford and The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He came to North Yorkshire in 1986, qualifying as a Rural Chartered Surveyor shortly thereafter. John was a partner in Peter Greenwood and Co Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents, until 2013 when the business merged with Carter Jonas, where he is now an equity partner. John’s responsibilities also include graduate recruitment and training. John is married with three children, one of whom, Rosie, left Queen Margaret’s in 2016. He sits on the Business Committee.

Pupils achieve a high level in the wide range of competitions, activities and creative and physical pursuits that are open to them outside the classroom, because both participation and excellence are encouraged by school leaders.
