Terry Burt
Chairman of the Board of Governors (Business Committee).
Terry has some 40 years’ experience in business leadership including UK full listing, finance and operational directorships, with extensive operations experience in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia, and has been involved in multiple start-up businesses, including building a £400M IT business as CEO. He currently holds a number of directorships in both the commercial and charitable sector.
Terry has a deep understanding of good governance requirements. A passionate believer in the value of education, Terry went back to university full time in 2014, graduating with a first class honours degree in History. Terry is deeply committed to the success of the School. Terry joined the Board in April 2021 to succeed Caroline Bayliss at the end of her five year term as Chairman. Terry sits on the Business Committee.
