Fun Song 2016
Fun Song is the Queen Margaret’s tradition that defies description – you really do have to be there to know what it’s like – and this year’s Fun Song extended its mystique. Each of the six Houses chooses, choreographs and performs a popular song in competition with each other. The staff usually come up with a surprise towards the end of the evening and, since Mr Duff and Mr Lewis have been Masters of Ceremonies (this was their second year), a filmed prologue kicks things off, that is if you don’t count the deafening competing House chants. All the judges agreed that Fun Song 2016 set a new high in the standard of choreography and Duncan eventually came out on top of a thrilling evening.
