Working as PA to the Head and Senior Deputy Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their diaries and carrying out general secretarial and administrative duties to support them in their work. We are seeking a first-class professional to fulfil this demanding and fast-moving role.

Director of Sport |

QM is recruiting a Director of Sport to lead and manage the development and delivery of Sport and PE throughout the school from either April or August 2025 (depending on the successful candidate's availability). The successful candidate will be required to outline and implement a vision for the culture and purpose of sport throughout the school and how that will manifest itself within a girls’ full boarding and day school.

Tennis Coach (Self-Employed) |

QM is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working coach from April 2025 to deliver private tennis coaching to students during term-time. The suitable candidate will work with a range of players, from beginners to performance and squad players. Coaching hours can be flexible to work around current coaching hours at other clubs.
