The Lower Sixth Business students have been looking at leadership, with a focus on the importance of promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in business. They were each given a different leader ranging from Tim Cook at Apple, Carolyn McCall of ITV, Elon Musk of Tesla, Richard Branson of Virgin and Anne Boden of Starling Bank. They presented their posters and covered their leadership style, focusing on their successes and challenges and how EDI has shaped their decisions and policies as well as the benefits it brings to their business model.
