Queen Margaret's Board of Governors. (Pastoral Committee).
Educated at St Anne’s School, Windermere and North Foreland Lodge, Basingstoke, Annabel then went to Newcastle University where she obtained a degree in Social Policy followed by a Diploma in Adult Nursing at Napier University, Edinburgh. Annabel trained as a nurse and worked at Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin specialising in Orthopaedics, Oncology and Urology.
Annabel now owns and runs Bel’s Butchers, a retail and wholesale award-winning butchery business in Edzell, Angus which she took on in 2007. In 2014 Annabel expanded the business by acquiring a second shop in a neighbouring town. Annabel sits on the Quality Meat Scotland ‘Think Tank’ committee for developing butchers’ businesses.
Annabel is married with two daughters both of whom are current pupils at QM. Her interests include anything to do with the outdoors, particularly hillwalking and fishing. She is also a keen cook and Tennis player. Annabel sits on the External Relations Committee.
