Staff vs Students Hockey

Score: 0-0 (D 3-1 to Students on Penalty Flicks)

Players of the Match: Rob Leadbeater & Jude Kilburn

Report: Once again, the time had come for the Staff to demonstrate what they were made of against the students. With an impressive lineup this year consisting of Mrs. Kilburn, Mrs. Rastall, Mrs. Burton, Miss Kirkup, Mr. Sherman, Mr. Leadbeater, Mr. Costa, Mr. Payton, Mr. Alison, Miss McGain, Miss Hildreth, and Miss Hagan, the students faced a tough challenge.

Christmas hats adorned the players' heads, tinsel adorned the surroundings, and festive tunes filled the air when Mrs. Taylor's whistle signalled the start. In the first half, the staff dominated the game, showcasing their expertise. Despite some fantastic chances, the staff couldn't convert them into goals.

The students made a comeback, but the staff consistently regained possession. Though there were some short corner opportunities, the keepers proved too formidable, leading the game to penalty flicks.

Alex, Daisy, and Flo scored for the students, while the staff fell short. Congratulations to all involved. We'll strive to reclaim victory next year!
