Chloe Fairley

Queen Margaret's Board of Governors. (Pastoral Committee).

Chloe is Barrister at Law at New Park Court Chambers. Experienced in all aspects of criminal law with a particular emphasis on defence work she has a varied practice covering heavyweight litigation in the criminal and regulatory jurisdictions.

Chloe regularly appears before the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal Service and has been approved for Fitness to Practice work. This has given her experience of conducting a wide range of cases including those with complex clinical issues and allegations of dishonesty and sexual misconduct and provided extensive opportunity to be involved in cases involving medical experts.

Chloe is currently instructed in the Inquests arising from the Hillsborough Football Stadium Disaster.

Boarding makes a particularly strong contribution to pupils' social development: they build strong supportive relationships with fellow boarders that sustain them during their time at School.
