Mental Health Awareness Week

Do you have five minutes? 18-22 May 2020 is Mental Health Awareness Week so we wanted to give you the chance to benefit from one of the regular mindfulness and meditation exercises that our very own Mrs Thomas provides to QM girls and staff every week.

Meditation can be an invitation to let your thoughts and worries take a rest. Not because we try to stop thinking, but because we simply don’t pay it much attention for a while. So here is an invitation to try just that; press play below and give your attention to the physical sensations of being here, wherever you are, just for a few moments.
